 I have come to believe, after 31 years in retail business, that great customer service cannot be taught. Great customer service is something inate,deep inside, that an individual wants to give and takes great pride in providing to the customer. Each of these great guys has that drive. I am very proud of them, prouder of them than any other shop that I have been asssociated with in my career. I hope you will visit our shop and see exactly what I mean.

| Randy Cooksey, General Manager Randy got his first bike at age 15. He promptly rode it 9 hours straight and only stopped when the piston welded itself to the cylinder wall. No one told him you had to let the thing rest...The next day he pushed the bike to the closest shop and signed on as a "Will Work for Parts" employee. Thirty one years later, he is still working in a motorcycle shop and is still "Working for Parts". He has raced flattrack, motocross, enduro, harescrambles and roadraced. He would like to say competitively, but the truth is he was really just there to fill up the field. He has a pecuilar afflication for old Yamaha RZ350's but his main ride, this year, is a Yamaha Roadstar Silverado. He has had a wonderfully fulfilling life in the motorcycle industry surrounded by the many wonderful, and sometimes wonderfully bizare people that share this passion of ours. He still pinches himself daily just to make sure that this dream really is real. So far, for thirty one years, amazingly, it has been. |

| Roger Bailey - Honda Master Techincian.
A.K.A "Roger The Dodger"
What this guy doesnt know about motorcycles isnt worth knowing!
Again,Roger is another guy with a lifetime of motorcycle experience behind him,30 odd years of working on motorcycles means Roger can sniff a leaky valve at 30 paces!
Similarly to Michael Husser,Roger is not a great technician - He's an absoultley UNBELIEVABLE one!
So,Whats so special about Roger??
Well,There are techs and then there are techs,These guys can remove engines from a frame,Strip the motor to its crank and then have the motorcycle fully rebuilt and 100% fully functional in less than 24hours.
Its rare(If ever) that these guys have to go back and make ANY adujustments,They build their stuff right first time every time
Again,Roger is a real nice guy,I go back there consistently asking this and asking that and Roger always has the time and patience to stop,Help and offer advice regardless of how busy he is

Its amazing the difference one guy can make and after a long time in searching,Here I am ;)
Seriously,Rupert is AWESOME and we love him,His taste in motorcycles needs a little work(Ahem,Yamaham cough cough) but ya cant have it all.
Rupert is fresh outta LSU,After gaining a Masters degree in acting he felt he wanted to develop his knowledge of motorcycle retail whilst continuing to develop his acting skills,Whom better than us to do just that!
Whilst Rueben is fairly new,He brings a great sense of humour,An awesome personality and ultimatley,He is 100% a winner!
In all,A fabulously nice guy,A great worker,A great learner,A great thinker,Soon to be a great actor after his lessons from me ;)

Unfortunatley,Larry is no longer with us at Friendly Yamaha as he chose to pursue a career with the US Border patrol(Booooo!) Regardless,We love him,He rocks and he will always be part of the friendly team

Larry is yet another outstanding member of the Friendly team and plays a key role in our operations here in Baton Rouge.
Larry has a long affiliation with motorcycles,On road / Off road he has done it all,Is a committed and accomplished MX rider at present and not such an accomplished Stunt rider wannabe :)
Again despite his vast motorcycle background,Larrys true stregnths stem from his integrity.
Larry originates from a truly fabulous family,Without doubt the cleanest,Most honest and upstanding group of people that I have ever met,These guys make the Queen look middle class and are an example for us all

Brandi,In my opinion has the toughest job here at Friendly Honda Yamaha,She is the main hub for our shipping / receiving operation
Ultimately,Any,And every part that comes into our business passes through Brandi's hands.
A huge degree of concentration,A massive level of attention to detail and a lot of patience / persistence are needed to do this job,Brandi has it all and then some!
Beyond that,Brandi is a motorcyclist,A mother and the sweetest gal your ever gonna meet,Always going out of her way to help people,Always willing to do what it takes and no matter what it takes,We lub ya Brandi!
